The general terms and conditions of the website https://obdelavavoda.com (Nanoten d.o.o.) have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). .

The website https://obdelavavoda.com/ is managed by the company Nanoten d.o.o., Tržaška c. 40, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

Shopping and ordering in https://en.cik-cak takes place 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Due to various technical reasons, business or access to the website is sometimes disabled at short intervals as the website is being maintained. Due to the maintenance of the website, there may be occasional disruptions on the website and thus incorrect information about product prices, descriptions and stock status. The provider is not responsible for incorrect information that occurs during maintenance, and at the same time will inform the customer of any problems that may arise when ordering. The provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or all products for a definite or indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the online store pages for a definite or indefinite period of time.

The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase – placing an online order. When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.

  • In case of any price errors, we will allow you to cancel the purchase. The price of the product includes delivery for the route from 0 to 15 km. In the event that the route from the registered office of Nanoten d.o.o.  and the recipient of the product is more than 15 km, the transport costs are additionally charged.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. When buying, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. When buying, we will take into account the price valid when confirming the payment. Prices in the online store are subject to change without notice. The images are symbolic.

The price of the product includes delivery up to 15 km from the location of the Nanoten d.o.o.  headquarters to the recipient’s address. If the relation is longer, it is additionally charged.

The personal data of our users is one of the areas to which we pay extreme care and attention. We make sure that all requirements are met and we exceed them, as we are aware of the sensitive nature of this area. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will in no case be disclosed to unauthorized persons. Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual: your name, surname, e-mail or regular address, etc. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users. We do not collect your personal data, unless you allow us to do so or. agree to this – when ordering products or when subscribing to our e-news. You can unsubscribe from our news at any time, at [email protected]. If your personal data changes, please inform us about the changes at [email protected]. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.

REFUSAL OF THE ORDER

The order is rejected if it is established that it cannot perform it under the stated conditions and information available to the online store. The buyer cannot demand the fulfillment of such an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

The online store with the activities necessary for the execution of the accepted order starts immediately upon receipt. The bidder must goods or. service to be delivered at the promised time. Upon delivery, it must provide the user with additional information regarding the right of withdrawal, especially the conditions and manner of exercising the right itself. It must provide all the necessary information regarding the address to which the user can turn in the event of a complaint.

STORING THE ORDER

Submitted electronic order or. the concluded purchase contract is stored at the company’s headquarters. The customer can follow all his orders on his profile.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER

Pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the provider in writing of the withdrawal from the contract or orders. The notice of withdrawal may be submitted by the buyer on a form or by an unambiguous statement clearly stating that he is withdrawing from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company will immediately or no later than within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract refund all payments received to the buyer. The company shall reimburse payments to the consumer by the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has requested the use of another. The consumer does not bear any costs when returning the money.

VII. DELIVERY and POSTAGE

Postage and delivery

Orders are usually shipped according to the agreed deadline. We agree with the customer on the delivery date. We deliver with our own transport.

The price of the product includes delivery up to 15 km from the location of the Nanoten d.o.o.  headquarters to the recipient’s address. If the relation is longer, it is additionally charged.

PERSONAL TAKEOVER

You can also pick up the products in person at the company’s headquarters. When completing the purchase, select the option PERSONAL COLLECTION. There are no postage costs in this case.

VIII. AFTER-SALES SERVICES – WARRANTY

If the product for which the warranty is issued does not work flawlessly or does not have the features listed in the warranty card or advertising message, the consumer can first request the elimination of defects. If the defects are not rectified within a total of 45 days from the day on which the manufacturer, seller or authorized service center received the request to rectify the defects, the seller must replace the consumer free of charge with identical, new and faultless goods. If the seller does not repair or replace the goods with a new one within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, the consumer may terminate the contract or demand a reduction in the purchase price.

For the replaced goods or the replaced essential part of the goods with a new one, the seller must issue a new complaint. The consumer’s rights under this Article shall lapse after two years from the date on which the consumer requested the free rectification of the defects or the replacement of the goods with a new one.

All products are inspected and shipped undamaged before delivery.

IN CASE OF OUR ERROR

In the event that the delivered products do not meet the characteristics or. specifications of the ordered products, you must notify us within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please return the products in the original sales packaging and in the condition in which you received the product. Attach a completed complaint form, which we send by e-mail upon request, with a brief description of what the reason for the return is. The amount in the value of the returned product, without delivery costs, will be returned to you, recognized as a credit or we will arrange for the implementation of a new product.

  1. INFORMATION ON THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Nanoten d.o.o., Tržaška c. 40, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia respects applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system.

The customer can file a complaint in several ways, in writing, via e-mail

The competent staff in the company Nanoten d.o.o., Tržaška c. 40, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia will decide on the appeal as soon as possible, or no later than within 8 days of receiving all the documentation required for the assessment. Nanoten d.o.o.  will send a response to the complaint with appropriate explanations in writing to the customer’s contact address (in most cases to the e-mail address). The party has the right to file an objection. Nanoten d.o.o. will send the decision on the objection with appropriate explanations in writing to the customer’s contact address within 15 working days. With this, the decision of the company Nanoten d.o.o.  is final and the internal appeal procedure is completed. If the party is not satisfied with the resolution of the appeal, he can file a lawsuit with the competent court.

 

XII. CONFLICT SOLVING

In the event of errors in shipping or on the delivered goods, the buyer first contacts the seller directly, with a complaint. The seller then, at an appropriate time, given the nature of the problem, responds to the buyer by rejecting or confirming the complaint and offering possible solutions to the matter.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through an appeal, by mutual agreement, the court with appropriate jurisdiction in Celje shall have jurisdiction over the dispute.

Pursuant to Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Act (ZIsRPS) Nanoten d.o.o.  does not recognize the competence of IRPS providers to resolve a consumer dispute that a customer may initiate in accordance with this Act.
